Description of Job:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/ Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will drive and support the implementation of people, process, and technology solutions to enhance business processes, improve operational efficiency, and foster innovation while helping shape our long-term digital transformation roadmap.
Principal Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and observations.
- Develop functional specifications and process models.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage software implementation and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Facilitate communication between business units, IT, and external vendors.
- Ensure stakeholder buy-in and support for process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management plans for smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Evaluate the impact of digital solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience:
- PMP, CSM, CBAP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and change management.
- Experience with or exposure to technologies such as Process Mining, RPA, IIoT, Industry 4.0/5.0.
- Worked with manufacturing and supply chain teams on lean deployment, business process optimization, and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels, including leadership.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project) and business analysis.
- Passionate about innovative technologies, operational models, and organizational culture, with a curiosity for team and organizational dynamics.
- PMP, CSM, CBAP, Lean, Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
