The General Manager of Sales is responsible for organizing and planning quarterly and bi-annual sales meetings, creating and promoting programs related to sales activities, and evaluating and monitoring all sales territories.
Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the sales team to support accounts receivable and meet company goals concerning DSO.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales and service of heat shrink tubing.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- High level of computer experience, including Microsoft applications.
- Demonstrated professionalism, ethics, and integrity consistent with company policies and laws.
- Ability to travel extensively locally, nationally, and internationally.
