Responsibilities
To work jointly with SWS USA and SEWS (Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems) to establish new business and new relationships with likely OEM’s and The Big 3 auto companies in order to facilitate the business strategies and overall goals of both companies.
Duties
Bachelors degree or equivalent from a four year College or University in a related business discipline and a minimum of three to five (3-5) years directly related experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.STL experience preferred.

Duties
- Daily activities related to developing new markets.
- Establishing, cultivating & maintaining effective lines of communication with prospective accounts as well as maintaining timely, efficient internal communication with SWS USA and SEWS.
- Coordination with Sales, Marketing and Operations regarding various activities including but not limited to Trade Shows, Promotional Materials, Sales Sheets, Displays, Product Distribution, New Products, Special Packaging and/or other related activities that may be required to meet goals and objectives.
- Designing planning strategies to aid in coordination of effective Sales Promotion Techniques that will ensure successful implementation of various Sales related activities.
- Analyze potential markets to determine customer needs and price scheduling.
- Negotiate contract pricing within approved guidelines.
- Prepare quotation responses.
- Respond to design change notices in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate monthly progress meetings between SWS USA & SEWS.
- Troubleshoot problems and develop timely, effective responses and countermeasures.
- Coordinate program planning with customers to ensure accurate identification of appropriate manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
