The anticipated salary range for this role is between $92,000.00 and $125,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Role Objectives
Operational & Project Support
- Support the preparation of executive dashboards and performance reports, scorecards to monitor CDAO projects/programs and relevant KPIs/KRIs.
- Preparation of BAU and ad-hoc senior management decks and presentations, including materials for meeting with internal/external stakeholders.
- Support budget preparation and expenses control functions within CDAO function, including coordinating requests for technology, consultants, and headcount requisitions and onboarding.
- Provide high-level administrative support to CDAO senior managers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CDAO and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, and off-site events.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.

- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CDAO and team members as needed.
- Manage expense reporting and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Support the CDAO in managing relationships with vendors, partners, and industry networks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives in a data, technology, or analytics-driven organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Webex).
- Familiarity with data analytics concepts and terminology (a plus).
