VP, Enterprise Risk Management
Plan, develop, manage and drive enterprise-level risk strategies, initiatives and frameworks in APAC, considering business plans and risk environment.
Project management for risk management-related framework and system implementation (eg. Risk Register, New Product Management, GRC System).
Manage and maintain Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system for effective risk identification, treatment, monitoring and reporting.
Operationalize and enhance Reputational Risk and other risk management frameworks in APAC.
Liaise with stakeholders in the 3 lines of defence to facilitate consultation, due diligence and approvals for risk management frameworks and business transactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to cultivate and promote a strong risk culture and ensure adherence to policies, procedures and standards.
- Develop risk frameworks, standards and policies, and provide oversight across the 1st Line of Defence.
- Review and challenge the effectiveness of risk controls in the 1st Line of Defence and implement best risk management practices.
- Organize committee / taskforce meetings and manage consultations to ensure timely escalation and proper approval of deals, applications and policies.
- Plan, manage and prioritize actions to manage regulatory expectations and audit requirements.
