Work Experience:
At least three (3) years of experience in an analytical role, demonstrating strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
Academic/Training:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required, along with experience in database management tools such as Oracle, MicroStrategy, and Salesforce.com. Strong quantitative analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software are essential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver accurate, actionable, and efficient data. A team player with a proactive attitude, eager to exceed expectations. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
Physical Demands:
