Summary :
Supports customer service by monitoring telephone volume and other work activity in real time, and ensuring staff resources are allocated effectively. Prepares reports and helps develop technical solutions to improve Customer Service workflows. Assists with escalated member calls as needed.Formal Education Required :
a. Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience & Training Required :
a. Three (3) years’ experience to include any combination of: customer service functions in a call center, provider relations, operational account management, appeals processing, claims, or benefit design in configuration.
b. One (1) year experience directly dealing with clients required.
3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a. Ability to travel from location to location throughout the work day.
4. Level of Physical Demands:
a. Sit for prolonged periods of time.
b. Lift up to 20 pounds.
c. Manual dexterity to operate computer, phone, and standard office machines.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
