What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher I - Service Response Center position at Summa Health?
Responsible for the daily operation of various computer systems and application software for the purpose of providing timely and efficient customer response for transport services. Provides administrative support to Sodexho directors by providing data collection support (spreadsheets, document generation, etc.) and other duties as assigned.
Formal Education Required:
a. High School graduate.
Experience & Training Required:
a. Demonstrated knowledge of Windows, MS Office and its’ associated application software (Word and Excel) in a multi-task environment.
b. Possess excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and customer relations’ skills. Must be able to communicate effectively over the telephone.
c. Knowledge of keyboard.
