Summary:
Designs, implements, coordinates, and evaluates educational programs which facilitate the professional growth, skill development, and competency attainment for Summa Health System employees.

Formal Education Required:
- Masters Degree in Nursing, Education, or related field OR
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and currently enrolled in Masters Degree program.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
Experience and Training Required:
- *Current surgical experience required*
-Three (3) years professional RN experience
-One (1) year experience in education of adults.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
