Participates with the care teams in Summa Health Medical Group to provide patient focused care. Is able to maintain and adapt to daily operations, interpret and execute provided instructions, and work reliably with professionalism in a medical office environment.Minimum Qualifications : 1. Formal Education Required : a. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, or a school accepted for candidacy status from an accrediting body2. Experience & Training Required : a. Current license as a Registered Nurse by the State of Ohiob. Meets continuing education requirements in order to maintain licensec. One (1) year of clinical patient care experienced. Additional related previous experience may be required for various practicese. CPR certification required3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications : a. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practice, and clinical careb. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and EMRc. Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient cared. Skill in taking medical history to assess medical condition and interpret findingse. Maintains HIPAA confidentialityf. Must pass yearly clinical skill competenciesg. Required ability to handle bodily fluids and possible exposure to communicable disease.h.
