We are seeking an Enterprise Data Governance Lead who excels in policy development, compliance frameworks, and driving forward-looking data governance strategies. This role offers the opportunity to design and embed a robust data governance framework that aligns data practices with business goals, regulatory requirements, and risk management controls, fostering a culture of data stewardship and innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies, standards, and controls to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Identify and articulate data-related risks while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise risk controls.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align data policies, regulatory priorities, and enterprise data strategies.
- Build buy-in for data governance initiatives by influencing without formal authority and inspiring teams to adopt best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge tools to improve data governance effectiveness and integration.
