Summary :

Responsibilities :
- Own and leadthe implementation of an enterpriseManhattan WMS system, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
- Collaborate withcross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadershiptooptimize WMS processesand drive strategic execution.
- Ensuresuccessful integrationwith existing IT and supply chain systems, identifying and mitigating risks along the way.
- UtilizeAgile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologiesto manage WMS deployment efficiently.
- Define and tracksuccess metrics, financials, timelines, and risk mitigation strategiesto ensure project success.
- Coordinate acrossIT, operations, and supply chain teamsto align project milestones and deliverables.
- Serve as theprimary point of contactfor executive leadership, providing clear updates on project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Influence decision-makingand ensure smooth execution by collaborating with key business and IT stakeholders.
- Leadchange management efforts, ensuring operational teams are effectively onboarded and trained on the new WMS system.
Qualifications :
5 yearsofProgram Managementexperience, with a strong focus onenterprise WMS implementations.
10 yearsofProject Management and leadershipexperience inIT, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Hands-on experience managinglarge-scale, cross-functional programswith multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge ofAgile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery approaches.
Ability tonavigate complex organizations, influence decision-making, and drive change.
Excellentproblem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder engagementskills.
