The opportunity : The Teacher Assistant supports the lead teachers in providing academic, enrichment, and social emotional lessons; as well as leads scholar development, guidance, and discipline.

The Details
Key Deliverables :
- Ability to work the entirety of the program (including attending training prior to program start)
- Support daily lesson delivery in both morning academics and afternoon enrichment.
- Manage the class in absence of a teacher and / or during lunch and recess activities.
- Foster positive relationships and serve as a mentor to the students in their assigned class.
