Position Overview
Summer Camp Program Lead Instructor - Seasonal Camp Jobs 2025
As a Program Lead Instructor / Teacher, you'll bring your passion for teaching to a dynamic, hands-on summer learning environment where curiosity and creativity thrive. In addition to leading engaging STEM activities, you will serve as the day-to-day leader in the classroom, ensuring a safe, high-quality experience for both campers and staff. Your role is to bring our carefully designed curriculum to life-no prior STEM experience required, just a love of learning and inspiring young minds!
As a mentor and colleague, you'll work alongside enthusiastic college-aged counselors, guiding and supporting them as they develop their own leadership and instructional skills. You'll uphold our company's core values, maintain an energetic and welcoming atmosphere, and make real-time decisions to ensure a smooth and successful camp experience. Most importantly, you'll create a safe, positive, and memorable summer for every camper in your program.

Job Type: Seasonal (Full Time) Summer Camp Jobs
Wage: This position is at a pay rate of $20.00/hr
Camp Dates: July 14 to August 8 (additional weeks available at other nearby locations)
Job Location: Concord Academy - Concord MA
Training and Pre-Camp Responsibility:
- Attend a mandatory weekend training (June 21 or 22) at The Park School
- Attend 2-3 weekday remote webinar trainings (May/June)
- Complete and fulfill any company rules and regulations and curriculum-related online trainings
Anticipated Work Hours Per Week: 35 - 40 hours per week

Qualifications
Technology Experience Necessary: Little to none. Our training accommodates those with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn. However, prior experience working in or with technology-related clubs, competitions, programs, or organizations (i.e.: First Robotics, SeaPerch, or other Robotics competitions) is preferred.
Experience & Education:
- 1 years working as a teacher / educator
- 1 years of management or supervisory experience preferred
- Summer Camp experience (preferable, but not required)
- Extremely outgoing and professional personality
Drobots Expectations:
- Strong commitment to educational programming for kids and teenagers
- Access to reliable automobile for entire duration of the summer camp season
- Access to a reliable mobile phone device (i.e.: iPhone, Android, etc.)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to meet changing work needs and demands
- Ability to work collaboratively on a high-functioning team
- Openness to feedback and desire to grow professionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Ability to communicate clearly, maturely, and compassionately with students and families
- Ability to maintain an excellent work ethic, a high level of energy, and exceptional enthusiasm all day, every day, for the duration of the summer
