Day Camp Activities Coordinator

Summer Fenn is a high quality, all-gender day camp for children ages 5-15yrs old in beautiful, scenic Concord, MA.
We are seeking a seasoned, experienced and dynamic camp counselor or elementary/middle school educator to lead our sizeable "Electives" activities program for 8 weeks this summer.

Electives are choice activities that are offered to our campers by group (grades 2-9) at different times during the day. Over 200 kids will take part in a huge variety of active, artsy, techy, and random camp electives led by counsleors during their weekly Summer Fenn experience.

The Elective Activities Coordinator is responsible for the schedule of these activities, curating varied options for each age group, leaning on Summer Fenn favorites, while generating new and creative ideas and then delegating the staffing assignments.
Responsibilities include all areas of program management, including working closely with the counselor staff, designing and planning (some in advance of the season) daily, age-appropriate activities, ordering and managing supplies, and integrating feedback.

The ideal candidate understands kids, can articulate what makes a fun activity succesful, is highly organized, and simply enjoys camp spirit and play.

Pay: $800.00 - $900.00 per week
