JOB TITLE: HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator

OVERVIEW
The HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the HR department by assisting with critical HR functions, including personnel record maintenance, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll coordination, and talent acquisition efforts. This position will also involve maintaining accurate employee records and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of HR operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
HR SUPPORT
- Assist the HR team with various employee management functions, including: New hire onboarding and training
- Process new hire paperwork through the HRIS system, ensuring documentation is completed accurately
- Support the open enrollment process for employee benefits
- Maintain and update the employee handbook
- Manage HR/employment files
- Coordinate and administering employee surveys
- Assist with performance management and conflict resolution to support employee relations
- Collaborate with HR team to organize employee Town Hall meetings and team events
TALENT ACQUISITION SUPPORT
- Post jobs openings and screen candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience
- Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with candidate screenings
- Support the recruitment process by conducting reference checks, background checks, and issuing employment contracts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to keep applicants informed of their application status
- Assist with updating and managing job postings
- Provide additional support for other HR tasks/projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate’s degree or BA/BS degree
- Proven experience in HR administration
- Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook)
- Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work in the office a minimum of 4 days per week
