Key Responsibilities

Customer Operations (70%)

• Implement and streamline clinical operational processes to ensure that our business foundation runs smoothly.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Schedule providers to ensure users reliably receive care across 50 states, 24/7, in 15 minutes or less.
• Manage net-new credentialing and enrollment applications for our medical group and providers.
• Own and scale our provider community strategy, fostering engagement, implementing best practices, and balancing provider and business needs to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Lead and evolve customer operations efforts, setting KPIs, designing scalable processes, and delivering strategic business presentations to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
  
  

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives (30%)

• Lead data-driven reporting and insights presentations during team-wide all-hands meetings, providing strategic recommendations to inform decision-making.
• Support "moonshot" initiatives by creating collateral, soliciting feedback, and participating in in-market activities for our big ideas.
• Collaborate on ad hoc projects to support go-to-market partnership initiatives and other strategic priorities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in operations or strategy at a high-growth tech company, or in a client-facing role in consulting or investment banking
• Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
• A capacity for and comfort with decision-making when you don’t have all the information
• The ability to work independently: you are at ease working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities
• The ability to learn new platforms quickly and are technologically-savvy
• Attention to detail, especially as it pertains to data and analytics
• Proficiency in SQL or the ability to learn SQL quickly
• Experience using data to make decisions and inform improvements in operational processes
