Special Education Summer Preschool Transition Program at Rockwell Elementary (Support Staff)
♦ Early Childhood Special Ed. Paras 8:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
♦ Hiring for two groups of paraprofessionals
Group 1: June 9, 10,16,17, 30 and July 1,7,8 (8 days)
Group 2: June 16, 17, 30 and July 1 (4 days)
♦ Assignments will be made by the Coordinator of Early Childhood.
♦ Paraprofessionals will assist with the classroom routines for the preschool children (ages 2-3). Responsibilities may include toileting, diapering, lifting, and positioning of children.
Note:
If you are employed for summer school, and planning to retire at the end of the 2023-2024 school year, Millard will report your last day worked at the conclusion of your summer school assignment in June or July (depending on sessions worked). This means your earliest retirement date is July (if you finish working in June) or August (if you finish working in July).
