The Summerhill Senior Community is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN Charge Nurse to join our Weekend Nursing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our residents, while maintaining accurate documentation of care given.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure resident satisfaction with medical care and personal attention
- Maintain accurate documentation of care given
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
You will work every Saturday and Sunday, with additional days available to meet your employment status needs. A $5,000 weekend shift hiring bonus will be provided, paid in equal monthly increments.
