We are seeking dedicated and qualified RN/LPN Charge Nurses to lead our Weekend Nursing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents, while maintaining accurate documentation of care given.
Responsibilities
- Ensure resident comfort and satisfaction with medical care and personal attention
- Maintain accurate documentation of care given
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
Your schedule will require every Saturday and Sunday attendance, with additional days available to meet your employment status needs. You will also receive a $5,000 weekend shift hiring bonus, paid in equal monthly increments.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Valid and active Georgia LPN/RN license in good standing OR an active and valid, unencumbered multistate nursing license in good standing
- Ability to meet all health requirements, including a drug screen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required
