The Summers Agency is looking for a highly driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full or part time, work from home position. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell life, health and mortgage protection insurance policies.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to the nations leading Insurance Marketing Organization (IMO). This is a 1099, commission only based position.

- Promote and sell life & health insurance products - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
- Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
- Aim for self growth - Help achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals. (there is no minimum quota, this is mainly just self oriented goals!)
- Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment.
- Research and understand target market - Stay up to date of industry trends, best practices, and overall market opportunity.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a life & health insurance license (we will help with this process if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Self motivated
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required, we will train the right person!
