Certification Details BLS WV License MMR Hepatitis B Influenza Vaccine Health Statement Tdap Varicella TB Quantiferon Job Details X-Ray Tech / CT tech need- 2 plus years current experience with Xray and CT if possible; BLS, WV license, CT registry preferred. Shift is either 3-11p. Will be discussed in interview. Manager will be conducting interview- if your candidate gets shortlisted, then need to prepare and be ready for interview. All Facilities work a Schedule of 36 / 48 for the two week pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call ins, etc. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs. of accepting offer. Job Requirements BLS certification required for all RNs, Respiratory Therapists, and CT Techs. WV license required for WV facilities or compact state license. Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or a positive titer required prior to start. Positive titer or proof of 3 Hep B vaccine series or declination accepted. Influenza vaccine required unless medical or religious exemption is provided. Annual physical or physician note / statement required prior to start. Schedule Information Shift is either 3-11p. Will be discussed in interview. Orientation is bi-weekly. Unit Specific Information Minimum of 2 years dependent on specialty required. Additional Details All RNs, Respiratory Therapists, and CT Tech require BLS. AHA ONLY Front and Back of certificate if not electronic card.
