Your Role
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of West Virginia. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
