What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Summers Inn of Ludington?
Summers Inn is a seasonal motel opened from May through October. Weekends and holiday shifts would be required. Start time is 6:15 AM until Noon-1PM depending on occupancy and workload for that day.
Responsibilities:
- Help kitchen staff during breakfast service which includes the following but not limited to greeting Guests in the morning, serving beverages/food, providing silverware, sanitizing tables, bussing tables and restocking coffee bar station.
- Prep food for next day following all food and health safety guidelines.
- Washing/sanitizing dishes and service items. Prep for next day.
Requirements:
- Prior experience preferred; however, we are willing to train for this position.
- Will need to complete the Food Handlers course.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
