ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Experienced HVAC Technician, your day starts as you prepare for service calls with your company-provided vehicle, work phone, and iPad. You troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems, diagnose error codes, and ensure that customers have comfortable, efficient heating and cooling. Each job is an opportunity to problem-solve and provide outstanding service. At times, you participate in an on-call rotation to assist customers when they need it most.
Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time heating and cooling position based in Fort Wayne, IN. The schedule begins at 7:30 AM and runs until jobs are complete. On-call participation is also required.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
