YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Home Services District Manager, you'll oversee multiple branch locations throughout Indiana, working from our Marion, IN office and traveling locally as needed-with occasional overnight stays. Your role will be hands-on and high-impact as you mentor and develop branch managers, drive operational goals, and ensure consistent execution of our company's mission and vision. You'll review reports, monitor trends, and keep your finger on the pulse of sales, service, and team performance. You'll foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement while promoting vendor partnerships, ensuring policy compliance, supporting technician development, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Every day, you'll bring energy, strategy, and leadership to help us reach new heights across every location you touch.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of multi-location or large multi-department HVAC, plumbing, or home services management experience
- Proven track record in prior role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate employees and obtain positive results
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, coach, and develop employees
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and desired results
- Ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team building
- Ability to adapt to a very fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel
- Extremely high level of urgency to resolve problems
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills

THE SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position based in Marion, IN. The role involves local travel to locations across Indiana with occasional overnight stays. As the Home Services District Manager, you'll report directly to the Director of Operations and will operate primarily out of our Marion office.
