Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is scouting a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor - In-Home Sales Representative to meet in the homes of our Anderson, IN customers, thoroughly inspect their equipment, and offer them the best solutions for their home comfort needs. We offer this vital role $45,000 - $109,000 / year , and fantastic benefits including a company-matched 401(k) plan, health, and life insurance, vision, dental, a company vehicle to take home, a fuel card, company phone, as well as company-sponsored activities. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR / IN-HOME SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Representative, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. After performing a complete inspection, you utilize your knowledge and expertise in order to make sound recommendations as if it was your own home. Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to the manager to ensure that the installers have all the information they need and that everything goes smoothly for our customers.

While selling is a lot of fun, you recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you are dedicated to staying current on product offerings in order to provide customers with a variety of options to meet their particular home comfort needs. You enjoy creating lasting relationships with your customers and contributing to the revenue goals of the team! And, love seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge and understanding to troubleshoot in-home heating, cooling, and air systems and equipment
• Solid communication skills
• Comfortable completing job-related tasks in crawl spaces and attics (as needed)
• Able to participate in an on-call rotation
