QUALIFICATIONS OF A PLUMBING MAINTENANCE TECH / PLUMBER
- Willingness to pick up on-call assignments (as needed)
- Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to perform the requirements of the position including lifting, bending, and kneeling in small spaces
