A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
As our HVAC and plumbing Customer Service Rep, you are the "go-to" person at our company. A lot of information flows through our office, and you make sure that is accessible. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers.
You also provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients. You enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that the administrative side of our work is taken care of accurately and on-time!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service experience and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening
