The Dispatcher is responsible for:
- Assisting in taking overspill client call from the call center
- Working alongside call center to schedule and assign calls to technicians
- Work closely with technicians to schedule return calls for customers
- Assign and dispatch calls to appropriate technicians based on skillsets of technicians and location of call
- Enter close out information from technicians for proper reporting and accounting
- Enter credit card information for technicians as needed
- Dispatch new calls to technicians and be able to move calls in a fast manner as needed
- Communicate with customers for scheduling calls and confirming appointments
- File invoices and install folders as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
