Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field and 3 years of relevant experience in organizational development and community relations OR Associate's Degree in business administration or related field and 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development and community relations OR High School diploma and 10 years of relevant experience in organizational development and community relations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3. Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)
EXPERIENCE:
1. Healthcare resource development experience.

1. Creates and implements annual development plan and strategy.
2. Analyzes giving history/trends assessing donor capacity and evaluating current fundraising initiatives.
3. Serves as the primary contact with past, current, and potential new donors regarding fund development and procurement
4. Develops and oversees all fundraising initiatives including direct mail, major gifts, capital campaigns, prospect research, special events, grant management and planned giving.
5. Ensures transparent stewardship of donations.
6. Develops and executes annual operating budget for department
7. Prospects, cultivates, and manages new accounts.
8. Manages the coordination and compilation of grant inquiries and applications.
9. Oversees the completion of financial reports to funders.
10. Identifies and establishes new sources for grant funding.
11. Monitors grant expenditures to ensure compliance with sponsor regulations.
