Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand customer base and ensure the company’s strong market presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Strong ability to encourage, motivate and inspire staff to excel.
- Ability to communicate with unhappy customers and deescalate/resolve those scenarios.
Pay range:
- Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 Based on applicant quality and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident, cancer, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short term disability, life, vacation and 401K with company match.
