General knowledge of construction is preferable but not necessary. Must possess knowledge of computers. Job Description: Wholesale Account Liaison
Job duties include, but are not limited to
- Prioritizing Commercial Accounts and their needs while ensuring material lists are accurate and company’s highest standards are adhered to.
- Wholesale customers are consistently happy with the service STM, and you provide to them.
- Orders are entered on time for deliveries
- Damages are reported by Monday 12pm of each week
- Contractors and customers are helped with quotes during overflow times.
- Wholesale sales are consistent and have gradual growth.
- Errors are consistently decreasing over time
- Quality control of material lists/invoices is self-directed
- Errors are equal to or less than $15,000 per quarter
- Major mistakes are communicated properly and are rare.
- Take orders and key them in.
- Handle any incorrect wholesale orders and verify follow through on them.
- Make sure that the orders are on the calendar and get shipped to customers.
- Assist team members and help train new hires. Fill in at the front counter when needed.
- Grow the wholesale customer base and sales.
- Main point of contact for wholesale accounts.
- Enter orders for wholesale accounts.
- Make sure that any concerns that wholesale customers bring to you are addressed and resolved.
