Maintenance

We are a rapidly growing company that is looking for a self-motivated individual to add to our maintenance department. This is a full-time position that is eligible for benefits that includes medical, dental, vision, STD, accident, cancer, critical illness, hospital indemnity, holidays, 401K with a company match, PTO and vacation time.

• Working with the team and prioritize on site building projects from start to finish in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily activities including: maintenance, installation and repairs, service requests, cleaning of grounds and common areas.
• Submit weekly project list at the end of each week.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on all maintenance requests.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Be able to decide what supplies or tools are needed for each project and be able to determine the amount of time and labor needed for each project.
• Good communication skills – communicate with area leaders where the work is being performed to ensure minimal work distractions and downtime.
• Highly motivated to stay on task and make sure all prioritized projects are completed to their entirety. Efficient use of time and resources.
• Oversee labor trades on site and manage the teams to make sure they have the necessary items for the projects and that they clean up the work areas when their jobs are completed.
