Job Summary and Qualifications
Responsible for administrative support to the Director of Engineering/Facilities Management at Trident Regional Medical Center and Summerville Medical Center. Process daily payroll, invoices, contact vendors for repairs and/or p.m. service, type correspondence, requisition supplies, prepare monthly reports, process daily mail, schedule meetings, dispatch, excel spread sheets on budgets, work schedule and work order systems Engineering and Courier staff, organize stock for inventory, answer telephone calls and greet customers.
What qualifications you will need:
Education: AA degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Performs in accordance with delineated job responsibilities and satisfactorily completes a yearly evaluation based on these responsibilities.
Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively meet the needs of the patient/internal & external customer.
Computer experience in Word processing, spread sheets, budget, forms etc.
