Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• You will provide adequate daily patient care and report information to Team Leader.
• You will provide a safe and confidential environment for the patient.
• You will accept accountability for completion of assignments, demonstrate reliability and dependability, adhere to attendance policies, and utilize time and resources efficiently.
• You will reflect the values of HCA Healthcare and our ethics and compliance principles in your daily activities (as stated in Code of Conduct).
• You will commit to work 24 hours a month.
• You will work 2 shifts as a PCT and then have the opportunity to work 1 shift shadowing an RN

What qualifications you will need:

• 
  Must be currently enrolled in an accredited RN Program

• Fundamentals of Nursing course must be completed

• A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
