Job Summary

Main Accountabilities

3. Directly supervise staff, including crew hiring decisions, performance management, and employee relations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls, coach, and train hourly employees.
