Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service delivery
• Maintain company standards in product quality and facility cleanliness
• Supervise food handling procedures and operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Exercise financial control to meet profit margin targets and improve restaurant performance
• Select, train, develop, and motivate employees to achieve their full potential
Critical Performance Metrics:
• Achieve annual operating plan targets for sales, labor, and controllables
• Improve margin over previous year sales growth by implementing effective cost control measures
• Monitor and improve weekly/period restaurant performance in sales, labor, ICOS, and controllables
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, and proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement.
