Position Summary :
Summit 7 Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to join our Content Services and Business Solutions team of consultants.
As a member of project execution teams, this person would be responsible for designing and executing SharePoint Online information architecture, developing custom business solutions using SharePoint, the Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. The ideal candidate for the role will possess deep knowledge and proficiencies in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), prior experience with SharePoint Online design best-practices, and a broad skillset across other Microsoft 365 technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, design, and implement business solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies - Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, etc.Develop custom applications and automation workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate , and Power BI for business intelligence and reporting.Architect and optimize SharePoint Information Architecture (IA) for seamless content management, collaboration, and security.Integrate Microsoft Copilot and OpenAI solutions to enhance automation, improve decision-making, and support AI-driven processes.Design and implement data architecture , including data modeling, labeling, and governance best practices.Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and OpenAI integrations.Both designing and implementing client-specific information architectures based on industry best-practices in the following focus areas :Branding

Bachelor's Degree in related IT field, 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent skills and experience of the sameUS Citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background checkExtensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Information Architecture (IA) and best practices for content management.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered tools like OpenAI .Solid understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, labeling, and governance.Extensive proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and solutions.Strong working knowledge and proficiency with SharePoint Online and Teams usage, best-practice implementation, and administration. Being able to design and lead clients towards efficient and well-governed collaboration methods within the platform.Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph and SharePoint REST APIs.Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Copilot.Ability to automate business processes and design custom solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and related M365 workloads.Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations).Ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional development.Resolute dedication to excellent customer service backed by strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in the reading, writing, and execution of PowerShell scripts.Optional / Desired Qualifications :
Development background with experience with Microsoft development technologies such as SQL Server, SSRS, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or HTML5.Working knowledge of the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and related technologies - TypeScript, ReactJS, Yeoman, webpack, and Gulp.Experience with Nintex, K2, or other third-party workflow / form low-code products.Experience with Azure AI services or other cloud-based AI solutions.Familiarity with SQL , PowerShell , or other scripting languages for automation.Prior experience with mainstream migration tools - ShareGate, AvePoint, etc.Having obtained any of the following Certifications :Security (SY0-501), CE, CISSP, GCIH
