We are seeking a Office Manager to become a part of our team! You will be required to learn and maintain multiple online financial planning and tax preparation systems, and provide our clients with the top-shelf service that they have come to expect. The right candidate may evolve from a salaried employee to a base plus commissions and fee position, and eventually a candidate to become a full partner of the firm.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Client existing Schwab brokerage accounts and set up new accounts as needed.
- Maintain compliance records as required by FINRA and the SEC.
- Process new account applications for annuities and life insurance.
- Work with our tax clients to collect and input preliminary tax preparation data.
- Provide Client-Centric customer service for all lines of business.
