Agricultural Land Management Intern

About the Role
- Maintain grassland, food plots, ponds, and timber areas on Summit Ag managed properties, including prescribed burning, planting, mowing, spraying, and tree shearing.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal land health.
- Prep seed beds, seed bluegrass, and maintain lawns to achieve maximum yield and quality.
- Interact effectively with the Summit team and operate company-owned equipment safely and efficiently.
- Leverage technology to track progress and optimize resource allocation.
- Gain exposure to daily activities associated with pork, beef, and crop production to develop a comprehensive understanding of agricultural operations.
Presentation Opportunity
Present a comprehensive report to Summit's management team outlining experiences, results, and accomplishments at the end of the internship.
