As a Line Cook at The Summit at Snoqualmie you will be an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.

Wage And Benefit Info
The wage range for this positions is: from $20.80 - $22.30/hr
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
All Full Time individuals may participate in our Ally Heath benefit. It gives fast and easy access to Telemedicine and Mental Health appointments. It covers all family members and there are no copays or deductibles. It is a $4 deduction each week.

Responsibilities
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Station Management: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, ensuring readiness for service.
- Cooking: Grill, sauté, bake, and fry food items as required, maintaining proper cooking techniques and temperatures.
- Plating: Assemble and plate dishes in an attractive and timely manner, adhering to presentation guidelines.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations. Regularly clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or needs to the Kitchen Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Quality Control: Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality, and ensure that all food items are stored properly.
- Hospitality: Interact with guests to anticipate needs, ensure an exceptional experience and address any special dietary needs or requests.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Strong knife skills are essential.
- Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Must have a Food Worker Card.
