The Summit at Snoqualmie is Seattle's home mountain, offering year-round activities such as mountain biking and scenic lift rides. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, guiding their learning journey, and encouraging them to return.
Salary and Benefits
Your compensation will be based on your certifications, with hourly rates ranging from $17.50 to $22.00 per hour. Additionally, you may be eligible for stipends and incentives based on your qualifications and performance.
We offer a non-benefited role, but all individuals are welcome to contribute to our 401(k) plan. You will also accrue sick time at a rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked, up to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with internal partners, leaders, colleagues, and external guests as needed. You will identify guest interests using our terrain-based and skill-based levels, understanding their background, expectations, and purchased programming.
You will meet schedule commitments to cover programming, including peak business demand days. Your ability to learn, evolve, adapt, and change as a coach and snow sports athlete will be essential in providing quality snow sport experiences for guests repeatedly.
