As the leader of our cross-country skiing facilities, you will oversee the operations and management of our East area facilities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the smooth operation of our cross-country skiing facilities, including the Nordic base area, trail grooming, signage, and maintenance. \
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper staffing levels and provide exceptional customer service. \
- Manage inventory and maintain Nordic skiing equipment in good condition. \
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage East manager to maintain back-of-house operations and facilities. \

Qualifications

- Customer service experience, both in person and on the phone, preferred. \
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. \
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. \
- Proficient in using computer software and systems relevant to the role, such as reservation systems and inventory management software. \
