Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete Guide Training and assessment (provided)
- Possession of current First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- BSA C.O.P.E. Level 1 or 2 Instructor Certification (training provided, preferred)
- Experience guiding/facilitating and managing others (preferred)
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work-related communication and coordination
- Registration with Scouting America (required)
Working Conditions:
- Up to 8 hours per day of standing, walking, hiking, and lifting 50-70 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights of up to 180 feet
- Pass a physical exam and meet SBR height and weight requirements
