Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trail Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will lead groups of participants through the OASE program, instructing them on proper and safe trail building techniques. You will also be responsible for monitoring the general health and safety of participants, working with OASE and Summit leadership to address any issues that may arise, and maintaining a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Member of the Order of the Arrow
- Must have or be able to obtain Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR Certifications
- Preferred: Trail building experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work-related communication and coordination
- Be or become a registered member of Scouting America
