Position: In-home Registered Behavior Technician
Summit ABA strives to employ the most qualified, professional, and loving individuals to work with our outstanding families! We are currently hiring part-time to potential full time ABA therapists to work with individuals with an autism diagnosis in homes and the community in the Wichita and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement individualized treatment plans and individualized behavior reduction plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop comprehensive treatment plan
- Provide consistent feedback about client's progress
- Work alongside caregivers to ensure generalization of skills
- Comply with all HIPPA guidelines and the BACB Code of Ethics
- Work with other colleagues, families and professionals to create a supportive environment
- Have fun!
Position hiring for is Part-time
Base Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm but can vary based upon needs of field client/field assignment(s). We currently are looking for staff to work evenings as well.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A general understanding of ABA principles
- Experience working with a broad base of populations - specialization is welcomed but can limit field assignments as our client population varies.
- Ability to immediately apply constructive feedback regarding client programming
- Communicates with supervisory staff, other implementers, parents, teachers and administrators in a professional manner
- Exceptional teamwork skills to create a positive work environment
Preferred Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician
BCBA Track, Psychology Degrees, Sociology degrees, Special Education, SPED, Autism, ABA, Special Needs, Developmentally Disabled, Para, Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician, Behavior Interventionist, Teacher, Kindergarten Teacher, Early Childhood Teacher, Substitute Teacher, Class Lead, Assistant Teacher, Social Worker, Crisis Management, Counselor and Case Worker experience has been shown to lead to success!

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
