We’re looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our sales activities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, bridging the gap between customers, the sales team, and our operations. You’ll also manage various parts-related tasks and contribute to Summit’s long-term strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering and monitoring corporate programs like bailment pools and direct-to-manufacturer relationships.
- Acting as a liaison between sales and operations, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflows.
- Supporting the sales team by handling quotes and customer communications as needed.
- Managing CRM updates, training sales staff, and ensuring adherence to CRM standards.
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries and establishing relationships with drive-away providers.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure customer inquiries and deliveries are seamless.
- Handling parts sales inquiries, generating quotes, and processing orders for shipment.
- Assisting with special projects as needed.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry (direct or indirect experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and seeing tasks through to completion.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A self-starter attitude with curiosity and a drive to learn.
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access databases, ERP, and CRM software.
- Basic math skills and a knack for working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Integrity and honesty in all business dealings.
- NetSuite experience a plus!
