SUMMARY : Lead enterprise sales and marketing initiatives to achieve and surpass business objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Responsible for complete P&L accountability, including meeting sales targets and optimizing customer profitability. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies, objectives, policies, and plans to drive growth and market leadership. Lead the development of best-in-class processes that enhance departmental efficiency, foster innovation, and improve overall profitability. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following :
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Execute sales and marketing strategies and plans to achieve double-digit sales growth annually.
- Lead and develop Value Propositions for the product portfolio.
- Evaluate methods, costs, and results to increase item and customer margins across all lines of business.
- Build, plan, and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for the Enterprise tailored to each business unit.
- Manage traditional and digital marketing channels, including e-commerce, D2C, and social media, to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct strategic research on syndicated data and analytics to develop compelling selling stories.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance and positive culture within the function, achieving functional KPIs and driving efficiency.
- Drive product awareness, POS velocity, and business development through sales-oriented marketing leadership and provide active and charismatic leadership in line review.
- Develop and deliver sales and marketing policies, practices, and strategies to attract customers to company websites, increase online presence, and promote online products.
- Identify and develop key talent and manage sales and marketing staff to ensure individual and departmental success.
- Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, measuring ROI and KPI’s.
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Lead and manage influencer strategies and oversee social media accounts for all business units.
- Measure, manage, and improve online content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Forecast sales trends and act proactively to increase market segment.
- Select, lead, and manage relationships with outside partners to achieve Enterprise goals.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging digital technology developments, serving as a Marketing AI subject matter expert, and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE AND ADDITIONAL SKILLS :
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : Supervises Sales and Marketing Directors, Managers, leads cross-functional teams, and manages outside partners.
