About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Summit Bridge Partners. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and expand market share within the commercial insurance sector.
- Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products and services to clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve retention rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies, driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record of success in commercial lines account management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- State insurance license in Property & Casualty required.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including general liability, property, auto, and workers' compensation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Detailed-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
